Opened, worn or tried-on earrings, personalized or custom-made items, and gift cards are excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not affect your rights for damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed products.

Report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and supporting photos or video.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
