WHERE DOES VAREUNE SHIP?

VAREUNE offers worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. Standard worldwide shipping is free on orders totaling USD $75 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes. Shipping charges for orders below USD $75 are displayed at checkout.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Estimated transit time after dispatch is usually 2–13 days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Next-day delivery may be available for certain eligible destinations, but it is not guaranteed unless shown as an available shipping option at checkout.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES?

VAREUNE covers applicable customs duties and import taxes on international orders.

If a carrier requests an additional customs payment, please contact us before paying whenever possible.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact us as soon as possible at vareune@gmail.com. We will try to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or has shipped.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Products must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase.

ARE ANY PRODUCTS NON-RETURNABLE?

For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for:

• Earrings that have been opened, worn, or tried on
• Personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or custom products
• Gift cards

These exclusions do not affect your rights if a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

VAREUNE covers the return shipping cost for all approved returns. Contact us before returning anything so we can provide the appropriate prepaid label or return method.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE?

Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

WHAT MATERIALS DOES VAREUNE USE?

Our collections may include 925 sterling silver, 999 fine silver, 18K gold, stainless steel, pearls, natural gemstones, cubic zirconia, moissanite, and stones selected for their personal or symbolic meaning.

Materials vary by design. Always refer to the individual product page for the exact composition of a particular piece.

ARE ALL VAREUNE PIECES WATERPROOF?

Not every material responds to water in the same way. To preserve the finish and appearance of your jewelry, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, exercising, or using household cleaning products.

WILL NATURAL GEMSTONES AND PEARLS LOOK IDENTICAL TO THE PHOTOS?

Natural gemstones and pearls may vary slightly in color, shape, texture, pattern, and clarity. These natural variations are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

SIZING & WARRANTY

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

Visit our Size Guide for general necklace, bracelet, and ring measurements. Because individual designs can vary, always check the measurements shown on the relevant product page before ordering.

DO VAREUNE PRODUCTS INCLUDE A WARRANTY?

VAREUNE provides a one-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects beginning on the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss, improper care, exposure to chemicals, or unauthorized repairs. Mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
