Jewelry Care

CARE THAT KEEPS YOUR JEWELRY BEAUTIFUL

Jewelry naturally responds to wear, moisture, air, cosmetics, and its surrounding environment. Thoughtful care will help preserve its finish, structure, and brilliance.

EVERYDAY CARE

• Put jewelry on after applying perfume, lotion, hairspray, and cosmetics.
• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or cleaning.
• Avoid direct contact with chlorine, salt water, household chemicals, sanitizers, and abrasive products.
• Wipe jewelry gently with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth after wearing it.
• Do not pull chains, force clasps, or bend delicate settings.

STORAGE

Store each piece separately in a dry jewelry pouch or lined box.

Keep chains fastened and laid flat to help prevent tangling. Avoid storing different metals or gemstones directly against one another, as harder surfaces may scratch softer materials.

Do not store jewelry in humid bathrooms or in prolonged direct sunlight.

925 STERLING SILVER

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish as it reacts with air, moisture, cosmetics, and skin chemistry. Tarnishing is a normal characteristic of silver and is not necessarily a manufacturing defect.

Use a soft silver-polishing cloth to gently restore its shine. Avoid harsh dips or abrasive cleaners, especially when the piece contains gemstones, pearls, plating, or intentionally oxidized details.

999 FINE SILVER

Fine silver has a high silver content and is softer than many other jewelry metals. Handle it carefully and avoid pressure, bending, impact, or abrasive cleaning.

Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth and store the piece separately to reduce scratching.

18K GOLD & GOLD-FINISHED JEWELRY

The exact gold composition or finish is stated on each product page.

Clean solid-gold pieces gently using a soft cloth. Gold-plated or gold-finished pieces require additional care because repeated friction, moisture, chemicals, and perspiration can gradually affect the surface finish.

Do not use polishing compounds on plated jewelry.

STAINLESS STEEL

Stainless steel is valued for its durability, but it should still be protected from chlorine, strong chemicals, salt buildup, and abrasive surfaces.

Clean it with a soft, slightly damp cloth when necessary, then dry it thoroughly before storage.

PEARLS

Pearls are delicate and should be kept away from perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, acids, and jewelry-cleaning solutions.

After wearing, wipe them gently with a soft cloth. Never soak pearls, use ultrasonic cleaners, or store them where they may be scratched by harder jewelry.

CUBIC ZIRCONIA & MOISSANITE

Use a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils and residue. Avoid abrasive brushes, harsh chemicals, and unapproved ultrasonic or steam cleaning.

Take care not to place pressure on stone settings or delicate prongs.

NATURAL & SYMBOLIC GEMSTONES

Natural stones vary in hardness, porosity, and sensitivity. Some may be affected by water, heat, sunlight, chemicals, or ultrasonic cleaning.

Use a soft, dry cloth unless the individual product instructions specify another method. Stones selected for their traditional symbolism or personal meaning are offered as jewelry and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.

WHEN NOT TO WEAR YOUR JEWELRY

Remove your jewelry before:

• Swimming or bathing
• Exercise or strenuous activity
• Sleeping
• Household cleaning
• Applying beauty or skincare products
• Entering saunas, hot tubs, or chlorinated pools
