RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, accessories, documentation and proof of purchase. Eligible items may be tried on to check the fit, provided they remain clean, undamaged and resalable.

Contact us before returning anything. VAREUNE covers return shipping for all approved returns using our provided label or approved method. Exchanges depend on availability and destination.

Opened, worn or tried-on earrings, personalized or custom-made items, and gift cards are excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not affect your rights for damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed products.

Report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and supporting photos or video.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Manufacturing defects are covered for one year from delivery. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, oxidation, chemical exposure, improper care and unauthorized alterations are excluded. Please review our full policy for coverage details.
