Shoe Care

Keep Your Shoes Looking Their Best

Care depends on the material and finish. Check the product details and any instructions supplied with your shoes before cleaning.

Everyday Care

  • Remove loose dirt gently after wear.
  • Allow shoes to air out before storing them.
  • If wet, let them dry naturally at room temperature, away from radiators, hair dryers and direct sunlight.
  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry unless the manufacturer explicitly permits it.

Suede and Nubuck

Allow the surface to dry before gently brushing with a brush intended for suede or nubuck. Avoid ordinary leather polish and soaking. Use only a cleaner suitable for the material and test it on a discreet area first.

Smooth Leather and Synthetic Uppers

Remove dust with a soft cloth. Choose cleaning and conditioning products that match the stated upper material; products made for genuine leather may not suit synthetic finishes. Test any product on a discreet area first.

Storage

Store clean, dry shoes in a cool, ventilated place. Keep them away from prolonged sunlight and damp spaces.
